Your three-stage journey

Stage 1

Preliminary assessment

Share and confirm your information and documents. SalesFi reviews your profile, transaction strength, cash-flow visibility and financing suitability.

Stage 2

In-principle consideration*

After a satisfactory preliminary review, we tell you the next-stage documents needed for an in‑principle financing assessment.

Stage 3

Lender due diligence & final sanction

After the applicable SalesFi subscription fee, the case moves to lender-specific due diligence and credit assessment. Final sanction rests with the lender.

*An in-principle consideration is not a loan approval. Financing remains subject to lender assessment, eligibility, documentation, applicable terms and final lender approval.

Documentation checklist

Your first step towards a structured working-capital assessment. Have these at hand and the review moves without back-and-forth.

  1. 01

    Company & promoter KYC

Company KYC documents, plus KYC for present promoters, directors, beneficial owners and authorised signatories — as applicable to the entity.

  2. 02

    Financial & banking records

GST returns for the last complete financial year plus the current year to date, bank statements for all major operating accounts for the same period, and purchase and sales ledgers.

  3. 03

    Transaction & project documents

Purchase or work orders, a project cash-flow statement, supporting bank statements, sales and purchase invoices, and a company profile covering your activities, history and key customers.

  4. Don’t have everything yet? Start anyway.

You can begin your application now and add documents as you go. If you get stuck at any step, our team will help you through it.

Share your PO for an initial assessment. Eligibility is subject to lender credit assessment, documentation and final sanction.
